Well - with as quickly as this year has flown by, I came to realize we didn't take a vacation this year; so today, I will be going back one more year to the vacation from last year! Here is the prompt for Day 7:
Did you take a particularly amazing vacation this year? Where did you go? What did you see? How id you get there? How did you document it? And if you didn't travel anywhere spectacular, describe your dream vacation.
In 2011 we attending Camaro5Fest II in Phoenix, AZ. This year we had to miss due to all of the things that we added to our responsibility list. Camaro Fest is always a great event on its own, but the best part of this vacation, was the drive home. The car club drove up to the Grand Canyon edge to have a late lunch, then the group headed on home. However, neither Jeff nor I had ever seen the Grand Canyon and we were both so surprised and overwhelmed by how large it was, we decided to stay for the day and to watch the sunset together over the canyon. Greatest trip thus far, and can't wait until our next adventure together!
